Renter's Insurance

Renter's insurance is mandatory. Tenant is required to obtain and carry a renter's insurance policy with $100,000.00 in general liability insurance coverage. While not required, it is strongly encouraged to have $10,000.00 in personal property coverage. These coverages must remain in full force and effect for the entire duration of Tenant's occupancy.
